Getting in contact with single authors

Every registered user of Wikimedia Commons has a talk page of their own where you can leave a message. If the user has specified an email address, you could also use the “mail to user” function at the user’s page—provided you’re registered.

Technical problems

The process to report a software bug is explained in detail at Bugzilla—it is however recommended to ask at the Commons:Help desk first, lest problems are reported time and again. This also ensures it’s a real bug and not some kind of misunderstanding on your part. Serious technical problems can be reported via email in English to noc-at-wikimedia.org. Support inquiries at this address will not be answered, though.
